1. Services Offered

Barichara Design Remodeling provides home improvement services including, but not limited to, kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, flooring installation, and New ADU construction. All services are subject to availability and agreement through written estimates or contracts.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on project scope, material availability, and any changes requested after the initial estimate.

3. Booking and Payments

A signed agreement and deposit may be required to secure your project schedule.
Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in your contract.
Late payments may result in project delays or added fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate information about the property and project
Securing necessary permits if not handled by Barichara
Making timely decisions and approvals to keep the project on schedule.

5. Cancellations and Refunds.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of signing the agreement. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund due to scheduling, materials, and labor already committed.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project phase or materials ordered.
Custom materials and labor costs already incurred will not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, text, logos, and designs—belongs to Barichara Design Remodeling and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Misuse or interfere with site functionality
Copy or scrape content
Submit false information

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive for excellence in all our services, but we are not liable for:

Any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, material delays)

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

Return and Refund Policy

At Barichara Design Remodeling, we take pride in delivering high-quality remodeling services tailored to your home and vision. Due to the custom nature of our work, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

1. Services Are Non-Refundable

All remodeling services — including kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, flooring installation, and New ADU construction — are personalized and labor-intensive. Once work has begun or materials have been purchased, all services are non-refundable.

2. Deposits & Permit-Based Projects

A deposit is required to initiate your project.
Deposits are non-refundable, especially for projects requiring permits, as architectural planning, blueprint development, and pre-construction services are already underway.
In some cases, additional charges may apply to cover architectural work, city permit fees, and other third-party expenses already incurred.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 3 calendar days of signing the agreement. After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund due to scheduling, materials, and labor already committed.

4. Custom Materials & Orders

Custom or special-order materials cannot be returned once ordered.
If the supplier allows returns, a restocking fee may apply and will be deducted from any eligible refund amount (if applicable).

5. Project Revisions or Delays

Revisions to project scope will be addressed with a change order and may involve additional costs.
Refunds will not be issued due to delays caused by client-requested changes, supplier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Quality Commitment

If there are any concerns about workmanship, please notify us in writing within 7 days of project completion. We will evaluate and resolve the issue per the terms of your contract and warranty agreement.
